What's not to like

To like or not to like 👍🏻 – that's the big question of the 21st century. We clearly like the snippets we create ourselves, but sometimes it happens that we also like some snippets created by others. But up until now, it wasn't possible to show that appreciation. So without any further ado, let me present: ✨ The Like Button ✨.

We made it so, that you can like everyone's snippet except your own. (We thought it would be weird to only like your own snippets, so we saved you from that embarrassment).

We crammed all the "like-information" into one button. Some other big tech companies spread that information out in multiple components, but we are not a social media company, we are about optimizing your developer workflow. So if "the like button" feels weird, it's mostly because you're not used to such an optimized "like button". What we found out that helps, is just pressing "the like button" it a lot of times, on a lot of different snippets 😉, and then the weirdness will turn to likeyness (if that's even a word).
